A Rainy Weekend in Vegas

Album include the Rio hotel and casino, the El Cortez, the Fremont Street Experience,  Fremont East, the Gateway Arch, Bonanza Gift Shop, Gold Coast Casino, Paris, Bellagio including the conservatory/botanical garden, Flamingo, Caesars Palace, The Mirage, The Venetian, Whiskey Pete’s and Buffalo Bill’s in Primm Nevada, Peggy Sue’s 50s Diner in Yermo, and bonus photos of Heaps Peak Arboretum near Lake Arrowhead.

Randsburg California Photo Album

Album is of Randsburg which is located in the Rand Mountains of the Mojave Desert in Kern County, California. Randsburg was founded as a gold mining camp in the 1890s, was named after the gold mining region in South Africa, and is a California Historical Landmark.

Amboy California Photo Album

Album is of Amboy in California‘s Mojave Desert and of the nearby extinct volcano, Amboy Crater. Amboy became a rest stop along U.S. Route 66 in the 1920s and Roy’s Motel and Café was founded in 1938, is now mostly defunct, and was used as the film location for the horror film Southbound.
